- Our hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday, 11am-10pm (Eastern Standard Time) Sunday 12pm-9pm. Orders placed within the hours of operation are processed same day, depending on availability. Any order received after 10PM Monday thru Saturday(8pm on Sunday) will be processed and delivered/shipped the next day.
Sales tax will be applied to all orders within New York State. For orders placed outside the state, no tax will be applied to your order.
WE CAN ONLY SHIP WINE TO THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND THE FOLLOWING STATES: ALASKA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, IDAHO, LOUISIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW HAMPSHIRE, NEW MEXICO, NEW YORK, NORTH DAKOTA, OREGON, VIRGINIA, WEST VIRGINIA and WYOMING.
WE CAN NOT SHIP SPIRITS OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK STATE.
FREE DELIVERIES IN MANHATTAN, provided that the:
- Destination is between Battery Park and 110th street.
- Order total exceeds $50 before tax.
- Entire order is being shipped to one location.
- Sale items not subject to further discount

Refunds & Cancellations
- We do NOT do cash refunds! Should your order come with damaged merchandise, please notify us within TWO BUSINESS DAYS, and once the merchandise has been returned, then we will send out a new shipment.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee for any cancelled orders.
