Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 11AM-6PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed within the hours of operation may be processed same day, depending on item availability.

Any order received after 6PM may be processed and shipped the next day.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders within New York State.

Orders placed outside the state, no tax will be applied to your order. WE CANNOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING STATES BY LAW: FLORIDA, KENTUCKY, NEW HAMPSHIRE, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, TENNESSE, and UTAH.

Evintner may only deliver wine and spirits in NEW YORK STATE, but will cooperate with any customer wishing to arrange with a indepenent carrier for shipment to another state. By placing an order destined for delivery outside the State of New York, you authorize us, on your behalf, to have your wine and liquour picked up by a common carrier for delivery as requested by you.

FREE DELIVERIES IN MANHATTAN, provided that

• Destination is between Battery Park to 125th street.
• Order totals or exceeds $125 before tax.
• Entire order is being shipped to one location.
• Order is being shipped by our choice of carrier and method.

We do NOT do cash refunds! Should your order come with damaged merchandise, please notify us within TWO BUSINESS DAYS, and once the merchandise has been returned, then we will send out a new shipment.
