The still wine is barrel fermented prior to the second fermenation process taken place in the bottle (methode tradionelle or known as m?thode champenoise in the Champagne Region).
Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay dominate the blend and bring out an elegant fruity style with rich aromas. The Chardonnay gives the finesse for the bubbles, while the Chenin its acidity. The Pinot Noir provides that lovely soft ros? hew.
